A 90-minute first session including the initial interview, a one-hour follow-up session: each session is a service with its own length and price. The time slots offered take the chosen length into account.

The right session for each client

Ask a question before booking, for example "Is this your first session with me?": depending on the answer, the client only sees the sessions that apply to them. You can also approve each request yourself before confirming it.

At your practice, by video call or by phone

Each session has its own location. For video calls, a Google Meet link is created for each appointment if your Google Calendar is connected, and it is included in the reminder email.

Fewer forgotten sessions

A reminder email goes out the day before, even on the free plan. With a paid plan, up to 3 reminders by email or SMS, at the time you choose. For a long session, ask for a deposit at booking, with your own cancellation rules.

Your notes, kept safe

Each client's record keeps the history of their sessions and your private notes. After a session, write a report: it stays private, or you choose to share it with the client.

Programmes over several sessions

With a paid plan, sell a package of several sessions and gift cards online: the client enters their code when booking and the session is deducted.

Frequently asked questions

Can I offer a first session longer than the following ones?

Yes. Create two services, for example "First session, 1 h 30" and "Follow-up session, 1 h", each with its own length and price. The free plan allows 2 services; the Pro plan has no such limit.

How do I stop a new client from booking a follow-up session?

Add a question before booking on the follow-up session, for example "Have you already had a session with me?". Depending on the answer, the client only sees the first session or only the follow-ups.

Can I hold hypnosis sessions by video call?

Yes. Choose video call as the session's location. If your Google Calendar is connected, a Google Meet link is created for each appointment; otherwise, you can paste your own video call link.

Can I ask for a deposit for a hypnosis session?

Yes, even on the free plan. For each session, choose payment on site, a deposit or the full amount, paid online by card, as well as your cancellation and refund rules.

Where can I note what was said during the session?

In the client's record: private notes and a report for each appointment. The report stays private, unless you choose to share it with the client.
