Simple rules, clearly written. By creating your referral partner account, you accept them.

1. 1

   The principle

   You recommend Calendrio to professionals and receive a commission on what they pay. You act independently: you are neither an employee nor an agent of Calendrio, and you can't sign contracts or grant discounts or special terms on its behalf.

   Recruiting other referral partners gives no right to any payment in itself: only payments actually received from professional clients give rise to commissions or bonuses. Joining the program is free.

   Commission on your own clients

   You receive 30 % of the payments excl. VAT actually received by Calendrio from the professionals credited to you: Calendrio subscriptions, the Calendrio Prospection subscription and the Calendrio Prospection pilot (the latter once sending has started, or 60 days after its payment if it hasn't been refunded). Free trial periods, failed payments and amounts not received give rise to no commission.

   For each professional credited to you, their payments earn commission for life: as long as they stay subscribed. If they cancel, commissions stop: no commission is due on unpaid months.

   Your team and team bonuses

   A referral partner who signs up with your recruitment link joins your team (level 2); their own recruits form level 3, and so on. On every payment received from a client brought by a member of your team, you receive a bonus, calculated on the amount excl. VAT: level 2: 4 %, level 3: 2 %, level 4: 1 %, level 5: 1 %, level 6: 1 %.

   These bonuses are only due on the levels unlocked by your rank (see below) at the time of payment. Beyond level 6, the first Gold-rank referral partner found above the seller receives 1 % of the payment. Bonuses are added to the seller's commission and never reduce it.

4. 4

   Ranks, rewards and perks

   A client counts toward ranks once they have paid for at least 2 months and are still subscribed. Ranks are reached in order: Starter (3 clients of your own: 30 € reward, level 2 unlocked); Bronze (10 clients in your team, including you: 100 € reward, levels 2 to 4, free Pro subscription); Silver (30 clients: 300 € reward, levels 2 to 6, free Team Leader subscription); Gold (100 clients: 1 000 € reward, bonus beyond level 6).

   Each reward is paid only once. Your rank follows the number of clients who count: if it drops, the levels and the free subscription follow, without ever taking back what has already been earned. Each month, the three referral partners who brought in the most new paying clients (3 minimum) receive a free month of subscription: Team Leader for the first, Pro for the next two.

   Attribution

   Your personal link is remembered for 90 days on the device of the professional who opens it. A professional is credited to the first referral partner whose link they followed, at the time they create their Calendrio account; this attribution is then permanent. The same applies to a recruit and your recruitment link.

   No self-referral: a professional or referral partner account in your name, with your email address or in the name of your own company gives no right to any commission or bonus.

6. 6

   Payout and self-billing

   Your earnings are calculated automatically and can be viewed at any time in your space. They are paid to you automatically, by transfer to the payout account you open with Stripe (our payment provider), as soon as the amount due reaches 20 €; below that, it carries over to the next payout. To get paid, you need a SIRET number and must declare this income.

   Self-billing mandate: by accepting these terms, you authorize Calendrio to issue, in your name and on your behalf, the invoice for each payout. It is sent to you by email and remains available in your space; you can dispute it by email within 30 days. If you are liable for VAT, say so in your space: VAT is then added to your invoices. For security, a payout of an unusual amount may be checked before it is made.

7. 7

   Cancellations, refunds and bank disputes

   A client's cancellation takes effect at the end of the period they have already paid: commissions already earned remain yours. If a client disputes a payment with their bank, the commissions and bonuses linked to that payment are deducted from your next payouts; you are notified by email with the date, the amount and the dispute reference. If the bank finally rules in Calendrio's favor, these amounts are given back to you. You are never asked to pay anything back.

   Every calculation, payout and event is recorded in a log that can't be changed, available on request.

8. 8

   What is not allowed

   To protect professionals and Calendrio's reputation, it is forbidden to:

   • send spam or prospect in a way that does not comply with the GDPR and the rules of the CNIL (in particular: identify yourself clearly and respect any request not to be contacted again);
   • make misleading promises: features, prices, discounts or results that don't exist, or present yourself as a Calendrio employee;
   • promise income to someone you recruit, present the program to them as a salaried job, or ask them for money to join;
   • buy paid advertising on the keyword “Calendrio” or its variants (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads…);
   • create fake accounts or credit your own sign-ups to yourself.
9. 9

   Cancellation

   The program has no commitment: you can leave it at any time, simply by asking at contact@calendrio.fr. Calendrio may also change these terms or end the program, letting you know by email. In all cases, commissions due on payments already received remain yours, except in case of fraud.

10. 10

    Suspension in case of fraud

    In case of fraud or breach of these rules, Calendrio may suspend your referral partner account; commissions linked to fraudulent sign-ups or payments are then canceled.

11. 11

    Personal data

    The information you give us is only used to manage your referral partner account and your commissions. You can ask at any time for it to be corrected or deleted.
