You know who is coming
For each class, you see the number of sign-ups against the number of spots, and the fill rate. The confirmation email gives the student the address of the room and your access instructions.
Private lessons, kept separate
Private session, posture assessment, yoga lesson at home or by video: each private lesson is a service with its own length, price and location. For video, the Google Meet link is created if your Google Calendar is connected.
Payment when booking
Your students pay for the class online by card, in full or with a deposit, or pay on site: you choose. No Calendrio commission on paid plans or during the trial.
Packages and gift cards
With a paid plan, sell packages of several private lessons and gift cards online: the student enters their code when booking and the session is deducted.
A Book button on your website
Add a button or your calendar to your website, including with the WordPress plugin. Appointments for your private lessons sync with Google Calendar or Outlook.

Frequently asked questions
Can I limit the number of spots in a yoga class?
Yes. Each group class has a maximum capacity, for example 12 mats. When the class is full, it is no longer offered at that time, and your students can see when only two spots are left.
How do I offer a class every week at the same time?
When creating the class, choose its repeat days, its start and end time and, if needed, a start and end date, for example for a one-term Pilates course.
Can my students pay for their class online?
Yes. In your settings, choose payment on site, a deposit or the full amount, paid by card when booking. Calendrio takes no commission on paid plans or during the trial.
Can I sell a 10-class card?
Yes for private lessons: with a paid plan, create a package of several sessions, sold online, and each booking is deducted with a code. Group classes are currently paid per session.
Can I teach yoga by video?
Yes. Choose video as the location of a service: if your Google Calendar is connected, the Google Meet link is created for each booking.
How much does Calendrio cost for a yoga teacher?
The free plan includes 2 individual services and online payment. Group classes require the Pro plan, at €39 excl. VAT per month, after a one-month free trial with no credit card and no commitment.
