With a paid plan, create your workshops with a time, repeat days, a price and a number of places. The page shows the places left, a full workshop is no longer offered and each participant gets an email reminder the day before.

At your practice, by video call or by phone

Each session has its own location. For video calls, a Google Meet link is created for each appointment if your Google Calendar is connected, and it is included in the reminder email.

Fewer forgotten sessions

A reminder email goes out the day before, even on the free plan. With a paid plan, up to 3 reminders by email or SMS, at the time you choose. For a long session, ask for a deposit at booking, with your own cancellation rules.

A programme over several sessions

With a paid plan, sell a package of several individual sessions and gift cards online: the client enters their code when booking and the session is deducted. Packages do not apply to group workshops.

Your notes, kept safe

Each client's record keeps the history of their sessions and your private notes. After a session, write a report: it stays private, or you choose to share it with the client.

Can I offer individual sessions and group workshops?

Yes. Individual sessions are services, from the free plan (2 services). Group workshops, with a number of places, are included in the paid plans and during the trial.

Can I hold sophrology sessions by video?

Yes. Choose video call as the session's location. If your Google Calendar is connected, a Google Meet link is created for each appointment; otherwise, you can paste your own video call link.

How do I sell a programme of several sessions?
