An appointment made at the front desk is added in seconds, with its exact duration.
Fewer long treatments lost
A reminder is sent automatically by email, the day before by default or 2 days before if you prefer to leave more time to cancel; for a new client, an SMS can be sent as well. The client can also choose her own timing and add the appointment to her phone's calendar. For treatments that block a long time range, you can ask for an online deposit at booking: a client who has already paid part of the price lets you know when she can't make it.
Clients who come back at the right pace
Waxing comes around every few weeks, and so do nails. When a regular client reaches the end of her usual cycle with no appointment booked, Calendrio can offer her usual time slot by email, if it's free. And if a spot opens up, the waiting list is notified.
Gift cards and packages online
Mother's Day, Christmas, birthdays: your clients give a treatment as a gift from your page, pay online and receive the code by email. You can also sell packages of several sessions.

Frequently asked questions from beauticians
How are the time slots offered online calculated?
Each treatment has its own duration: 15 minutes for eyebrow waxing, 1 h 30 for a facial. The calendar only offers free time slots long enough for the chosen treatment (if the client books several treatments, their durations add up), taking into account your existing appointments and, if you link them, your Google or Outlook calendars.
I work in a salon and at clients' homes: is that possible?
Yes. For each service, you say whether it takes place in the salon, at the client's home or both, with your service area and, if you wish, a travel fee.
How can I stop a client from not showing up for a long treatment?
A reminder is sent automatically by email the day before, on all plans. With the Pro plan and during the trial, you can send it 2 days before for a long treatment, add an SMS reminder (50 included every month on Pro), and each client can choose when their email arrives when booking (from 1 hour to 2 days before). For long treatments, you can ask for an online deposit at booking: the client pays by card via Stripe and the money goes to your account.
Can I sell gift cards and packages?
Yes, with the Pro plan: your clients buy a gift card or a package of sessions online, and receive their code by email.
How much does Calendrio cost for an independent beautician?
