Can I ask for a deposit for a photo session?

Yes. For each service, you choose payment on site, a deposit or the full amount, paid online by card. Cancellation and refund rules are also set per service.

How do I offer mini sessions?

Create a short service, for example 20 minutes: time slots are calculated with that length. You can also give it its own hours.

Do my bookings go into Google Calendar?

Yes, from the free plan. Calendrio syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook, and the events already in your calendar block the matching booking slots.

How much does Calendrio cost for a photographer?

The free plan includes 2 services, with online payment and an email reminder the day before. The Pro plan costs €39 excl. VAT per month, after a free one-month trial with no credit card.
