A discovery session, then follow-up

30-minute discovery session, longer first session, one-hour follow-up sessions: each session is a service with its own duration, price and location. The slots offered take the chosen duration into account.

Video without a second thought

Choose video as the location of a session: if your Google Calendar is connected, a Google Meet link is created for each appointment. You can also paste your own link on the appointment. The client finds this link in their email reminder.

Multi-session programmes

With a paid plan, sell a package of several sessions online, for example 5 follow-up sessions. The client enters their code when booking and the session is deducted. Gift cards are also sold online.

Workshops and webinars

With a paid plan, offer group workshops with a maximum number of places, in person or online. For a webinar, the Google Meet link is created if your Google Calendar is connected, and each attendee receives an email reminder the day before.

Show the right session

Ask a question before booking, for example “Is this your first session?”: depending on the answer, the client only sees the sessions that apply to them.

Your notes after each session

Each client's record keeps the history of their sessions and your private notes. After a session, write a report: it stays private, or you choose to share it with the client.
