Calendrio Prospection is a service we do for you. It's different from the Calendrio Pro subscription, which is the software you use yourself (calendar, booking, clients) and which is included after the pilot.
Everything is done online, no appointment needed: you review your targets and approve your texts before anything is sent.
Frequently asked questions
When do I pay?+
As soon as you request it: you pay for the pilot online, by card, in 1 minute, and your invoice arrives by email. Then you answer a few questions online (3 minutes) and we get started. If the pilot can't go ahead, you get a full refund.
Do I need a website?+
No. You only need a domain name (for example your-name.com) to have a professional email address. If you don't have one, we suggest available names and guide you to buy one in your name: it belongs to you.
How long before the first emails go out?+
A few days: the time to connect your address, review your list and approve your texts. With a new address, sending starts slowly (5 per day the first week) and then increases each week, so emails don't end up in spam.
How many emails go out each day?+
30 at most per address, spread over the day, on weekdays. That's on purpose: a reasonable volume lands in the inbox and looks like a real conversation.
Can I write to private individuals?+
No. In France, this type of email can't be sent to a private individual without their consent. The service is for professionals only: companies, shops, practices, agencies. To reach private individuals, go through those who know them (agencies, referrers, partners).
Can I edit the emails?+
Yes, completely. We suggest a text, and you change it however you like. Only your identity and the unsubscribe line are mandatory: the law requires them.
What happens after the 4 weeks?+
The service continues on its own, with nothing to redo: +€110 excl. VAT per month added to your Calendrio subscription (€149 excl. VAT in total with the Pro subscription, included if your account is free), and 100 new companies contacted each month. This is shown before you pay for the pilot, and there's no commitment.

It depends on your profession, your targets and your message, and no result can be promised. In email prospecting, it's common for a few companies out of 100 to reply, and for 0 to 2 appointments to come from it in the first few weeks. That's why the service is most worthwhile when a single new client brings you much more than the price of the pilot.
How are appointments counted?+
Automatically. Each company contacted receives its own booking link: when it books in your Calendrio calendar, the appointment is counted, and you're notified by email. An appointment booked with the same email address as the company contacted is counted too. Canceled appointments don't count. If your appointments don't go through a Calendrio calendar, you confirm them yourself in one click.
What if I don't get any appointments?+
You're protected by the appointment guarantee: if no appointment is booked within 60 days of your emails starting, your 2nd month is free, automatically, without you asking. The month's amount is deducted from your next invoice.
What happens when a company replies?+
Emails to that company stop. You receive an email with its message and, usually, a suggested response written for you: you review it, edit it if needed, and send it in one click from your address. You can also reply from your email app. Automatic replies (out of office, vacation) are ignored.
What if I want to stop?+
You can stop whenever you want, at no cost. Your domain name and email address are in your name: you keep them. You also receive your contact list and your campaign history.
