The problem
When you work alone, you cannot pick up during an appointment. People who reach your voicemail do not always leave a message, and you then have to call them back between two clients. If they cannot reach you, they may call someone else.
What Calendrio does
An SMS with your booking link
The caller receives “Hello, sorry I missed your call! Book online here”, followed by your link and your business name. They choose their service and time slot on your page.
A short voice message in your name
The caller hears that you cannot answer right now and that a link has just been sent to them.
The caller's message, received by email
If they prefer, they can leave a message after the beep, up to 90 seconds. You receive it by email with their number and listen to it when you are free.
Your normal calls do not change
Forwarding only applies if you do not answer, if you are already on a call or if your phone is off. When you pick up, everything works as before.
No repeated SMS
The same person receives at most one SMS every 12 hours, even if they call back several times.
Your monthly figures
In your settings, you can see the number of missed calls and SMS sent this month.
How to do it in Calendrio
-
Order your dedicated number
In Settings, “Order your dedicated number” section: state your status and attach an ID or a company registration extract (Kbis), required by telecom regulations. The number is active within about 24 working hours.
-
Turn on the option
In Settings, “Automatic growth” section, tick “Missed call → booking SMS”. Your dedicated number appears there.
-
Forward your calls to this number
On your phone, dial the three codes shown in Calendrio: if you do not answer, if you are on a call, if your phone is off. Another code cancels everything at any time.
-
Keep credit on your balance
The number and the SMS are taken from your balance, which you top up from your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions
How do I respond to a missed call during an appointment?
Let Calendrio answer for you: the caller hears a short message, receives an SMS with your booking link and can also leave a voice message. You will find the message in your email after your appointment.
Does my client have to install an app?
No. They tap the link in the SMS and book on your page, from their phone's browser.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. Your clients keep calling your number. The dedicated number only receives the calls you did not take, through call forwarding. Depending on your plan, your operator may charge for forwarding: check with them.
How much does the SMS after a missed call cost?
The dedicated number costs €4.90 excl. VAT per month and each SMS sent €0.10 excl. VAT, taken from your balance. The option is available with paid plans, for example the Pro plan at €39 excl. VAT per month, and during the trial.
Can I change the text of the SMS?
No, not at the moment. The text is the same for everyone, with your booking link and your business name.
Who does not receive the SMS?
The SMS only goes to French mobile numbers. Someone calling from a landline, a foreign number or a hidden number hears the voice message and can leave a message. If your balance is empty, the SMS is not sent: the voice message then says that people can book online.
Your account is ready in 2 minutes.
