The problem

Redoing an invoice in the evening, finding the last number and copying the price of each session takes time, and a missed one only shows up at the end of the month. Yet the appointment already holds the client, the service, the price and the payment: the invoice can start from there.

The client pays for the booking: the invoice is created, marked as paid or with a deposit, and any balance due is shown.

One click for payments at your practice

Appointments of the month without an invoice are listed in one place. Click “Create the invoice” and tick “Already paid on site” if needed.

Consecutive numbers

Each year, your invoices follow on without gaps, in the form F-2026-0001. An issued invoice no longer changes, even if you later edit your prices.

Your legal details, entered once

Name or company name, address, SIRET and VAT status: you enter them once. With VAT, the net amount, VAT and gross amount are calculated.

Sent to the client

Turn on automatic sending, or email the invoice yourself. Your client can print it or save it as a PDF.

An export for your accountant

Each month, download a CSV file with numbers, dates, clients, amounts, VAT and payment methods.

How to do it in Calendrio

Fill in your details
Open “Invoices” and enter your name, address, SIRET and VAT status.
Turn on online payment
In Settings, open “Receive my payments online” and connect your Stripe account. Automatic invoices start from these payments.
Choose how the client receives it
Tick automatic sending, or stay in control with the “Send by email” button.
Export your month
Choose the month in “Invoices”, then download the file for your accountant.

Frequently asked questions

Is an invoice created for every appointment?

Automatically, only when the client pays online. For an appointment paid on site, you create it in one click. An appointment cancelled before invoicing has no invoice.

Do these invoices suit a French micro-business?

They are designed for this case: choose “I don't charge VAT” and the VAT exemption notice is added. If you charge VAT, enter your rate and your VAT number.

Can I correct an invoice already issued?

No. Its content is frozen when issued, and only the payment status can change. Check your details before your first invoice.

What if an invoiced appointment is cancelled?

The invoice stays in place and Calendrio does not create a credit note for now. Issue one with your accounting tool.

Can I invoice a business client?

The invoice shows the client's name and email, and their address only for a home appointment. It has no field for their SIRET or VAT number: for a business client, an invoicing tool is a better fit.

How are gift cards and packages counted?

The part paid with a code appears on the appointment's invoice and in the export. The sale of the card or package has no invoice of its own for now.

What language are the invoices in?

In French, even if your client booked in another language: it is a French accounting document.

Does Calendrio replace France's 2027 e-invoicing?

No, Calendrio is not an approved platform. From 1 September 2027, French micro-businesses and SMEs use an approved platform to issue their e-invoices and report their sales to individuals, as daily totals. Details are on impots.gouv.fr.

Does Calendrio replace my accounting software?

No. It creates your appointment invoices and prepares an export. It does not keep your books or file your returns.
