The problem

A package written in a notebook means counting sessions by hand, finding out who paid and reassuring the client who no longer knows how many are left. A paper gift card raises the same questions: which code, what balance, what end date?

What Calendrio does

A sales page in your name

Your cards and packages are sold on a page of your own. A “Give a gift card” button also appears on your booking page.

Packages at your price

Choose the service, the number of sessions, from 2 to 50, and your price. If the package costs less than single sessions, the page shows the saving.

Gift cards in your amounts

Offer up to 6 amounts, from €5 to €1,000. The buyer can send the card to the recipient by email, with a short message.

Deducted at booking

The client enters their code: the package deducts one session, and the gift card deducts the amount and keeps the remaining balance for next time.

Paid to your account

Card payment goes through Stripe and reaches your own account. You are notified by email of every sale.

All your sales in one place

Find each code, what is left to use and the total sold. A client comes to your practice with their code? You redeem it from the same page.

How to do it in Calendrio

Turn on online payments
In Settings, open “Receive my payments online” and link your Stripe account.
Turn on sales
Tick “Sell gift cards and packages online”, then enter the amounts of your cards.
Create your packages
Under “Gift cards & packages”, choose a service, a number of sessions and a price.
Share your page
Copy the link to your sales page and put it on your social media, in your messages or on your website.

It does not let you put cards or packages on sale. Those already sold remain usable.

Frequently asked questions

How do I sell a session package online?

Turn on online payments, create your package in Calendrio, then share the link to your sales page. The client pays by card and receives their code by email.

How does my client use their package?

They enter their code when booking the package's service: one session is deducted. You can see what they have left in your sales.

What is the difference between a package and a gift card?

A package gives a number of sessions for one specific service. A gift card is an amount in euros, valid on your services, and the remaining balance is kept.

How long does a package or gift card remain valid?

12 months from purchase. The end date appears in the email received, and this period cannot be changed for now.

Can my client pay for a package at my practice?

Not for now: a package or card is bought by bank card on your sales page. At your practice, you can only redeem a code that has already been bought.

What if an appointment paid with a code is cancelled?

The session or amount deducted is not automatically credited back for now. Keep this in mind in your cancellation terms.

Do packages work for group classes?

No. Gift cards and packages apply to services, not to group classes.

Does Calendrio take a commission on my sales?

No, neither on paid plans nor during the trial. Only the payment provider's fees apply.
