You choose the days, the hours and the discount. On your booking page, these slots show their reduced price, and clients see it before picking a time.

Tuesday afternoon stays empty while Saturday has been fully booked for weeks. Sending a promotion every time takes effort and only reaches those who read it. A reduced price shown right on your quiet hours guides every client at the moment they book.
What Calendrio does
A discount on your off-peak hours
Choose the days, a time range and the discount percentage. The slots concerned carry a « -20% » badge (depending on your setting) on your page.
An optional surcharge
For your busiest hours, evenings or Saturdays for example, you can add a few percent. The slot then carries a « +10% » badge (depending on your setting).
A clear price for the client
The booking summary shows an « Off-peak time » or « Peak time » line with the amount, before confirmation.
The same price online and in person
If the client pays online, the amount includes the discount. If they pay on site, a note on the appointment reminds you of the percentage to apply.
Safeguards
The discount and the surcharge are capped at 50%. If an hour is both off-peak and peak, the client pays the lower price.
Set once, applied everywhere
The setting applies to all your individual services. Untick it to go back to the normal price: your settings are kept.
How to do it in Calendrio

Open the setting
In Settings, open the « Time-based pricing » section and tick « Turn on time-based pricing ».

Define your off-peak hours
Enter the discount, then the days and the start and end time of your quiet period.

Add peak hours if you wish
Tick the option, then enter the surcharge, the days and the hours concerned.

Check your page
Open your booking page and choose a day: the slots concerned show their badge.

It does not include prices by time of day: your clients pay the normal price at any time.
Pro plan

Frequently asked questions
How do I fill the off-peak hours in my calendar?
Show a lower price on those slots: clients see it when they pick their time. You can also offer these times to your regular clients with a campaign.
What discount should I choose for off-peak hours?
It's your choice, up to 50%. Calendrio suggests 20% to start, and you can change it at any time.
Does the client see the discount before booking?
Yes. The slot shows its badge, and the summary shows the discount and the final price before confirmation.
How is a slot classified as off-peak or peak?
By its start time. An appointment that starts within your off-peak range gets the discount, even if it ends later.
Does the discount apply to travel fees?
No. It applies to the price of the services. Travel fees for a home visit stay the same.
Can I set a different price for each service?
Not yet: the discount and the surcharge apply to all your individual services. Full-day services and group sessions keep their normal price.
Can the discount be combined with the loyalty offer?
No. The loyalty offer sent with a follow-up link is not added to the price by time of day.
What happens if I go back to the Free plan?
Your clients pay the normal price at any time. Your settings are kept and come back if you take a paid plan again.
