A shared calendar shows who is busy, but it doesn't tell your clients who can see them, or for which service. Requests then go through the phone, and someone has to check who is free and who does what.

When booking, "With whom?" shows the people who perform all the chosen services, as well as "No preference". In that case, Calendrio assigns the appointment among the people who are free.

You link each service to the people who perform it. The client only sees those who can handle it.

A person can have their own working days and hours, or follow those of the business.
Three access levels
Staff: their own calendar only. Manager: all calendars and figures, without the subscription, payments or account settings. Admin: the whole account.
Treatments with several people
For a four-handed treatment, enter the number of people needed, up to 5. The slot is only offered if enough people are free at the same time.

On the Team page, enter each person's name, email and role. They receive their access by email, with a temporary password to change.

Frequently asked questions
How do I share a calendar with my team?
Add your team members to Calendrio: each person has their own calendar and access. The administrator sees all calendars, and a Staff member sees only their own.
Can my clients choose their hairdresser or practitioner?
Yes. After the service, they choose the person, or "No preference" if they don't mind. Only the people who perform that service are offered.
Can my team member see all the appointments?
Not with the Staff role: they see only their own calendar. A Manager sees all calendars and figures, without access to the subscription, payments or account settings.
How much does a shared calendar for 5 people cost?
The Team plan costs €79 excl. VAT per month, with 5 people included. The free trial lets you test it with 5 team members, with no credit card.
And beyond 5 people?
With the Team plan, each extra person costs €12 excl. VAT per month. The Enterprise plan, on quote, goes up to 50 team members.
We are independent professionals in the same practice: do we need a shared account?
No. With linked accounts, everyone keeps their own account, clients and payments. Each person decides whether the other's appointments block their slots, and your clients can see the whole team's availability on one page.
Is Google Calendar enough for a team?
It works well for seeing who is busy internally. Calendrio adds what your clients need: a booking page with your services, the choice of person, reminders and deposits.
Can I manage several locations?
No, not at the moment: Calendrio does not offer multi-location management.
