A length for each type of session

A vitality assessment of an hour and a half, a one-hour follow-up consultation, a reflexology session: each consultation is a service with its own duration and price. The slots offered take the chosen duration into account.

The right session for each client

Ask a question before booking, for example “Have you already had an assessment with me?”: depending on the answer, the client only sees the assessment or only the follow-up consultations. You can also approve each request yourself before confirming it.

At your practice, by video call or by phone

Each session has its own location. For video calls, a Google Meet link is created for each appointment if your Google Calendar is connected, and it is included in the reminder email.

Fewer forgotten sessions

A reminder email goes out the day before, even on the free plan. With a paid plan, up to 3 reminders by email or SMS, at the time you choose. For a long session, ask for a deposit at booking, with your own cancellation rules.

Courses, follow-up programmes and workshops

With a paid plan, sell a package of several consultations and gift cards online: the client enters their code when booking and the consultation is deducted. Your group workshops (nutrition, cooking, stress management) are booked separately, with a number of places.

Your notes, kept safe

Each client's record keeps the history of their sessions and your private notes. After a session, write a report: it stays private, or you choose to share it with the client.
