A duration for each session

One-hour foot reflexology, a shorter hand or face session, a first session with time to talk: each session is a service with its own duration and price. The time slots offered take the chosen duration into account.

At your practice or at the client's home

Each session has its own place: your practice, the client's home or another address. For home visits, add travel fees (flat rate or per kilometer) and a maximum distance, checked at the time of booking. The door code, floor and parking details given by the client stay on their file for next time.

Sessions to give as gifts

With a paid plan, sell gift cards and packages of several sessions online. The person who receives the card enters its code when booking, and the amount is deducted from the price of the session.

Fewer forgotten sessions

An email reminder goes out the day before, even on the free plan. With a paid plan, up to 3 reminders by email or SMS, at the time you choose. You can also ask for a deposit at booking, with your cancellation rules.

Let clients know you are on your way

On your way to a client, send « I'm arriving in a few minutes » from the appointment file: by notification or email, or by SMS with a paid plan. Then mark the session as completed, or the client as absent.

Your notes after each session

Each client's record keeps the history of their sessions and your private notes. After a session, write a report: it stays private, or you choose to share it with the client.

On your Calendrio page, you present your sessions freely: avoid any promise of healing and state that reflexology does not replace medical advice. Frequently asked questions

Can I offer the same session at my practice and at home?

Yes. Create one service per place, for example « Foot reflexology at the practice » and « Foot reflexology at home », each with its own duration, price and, for home visits, travel fees. The free plan allows 2 services; the Pro plan has no such limit.

How do I avoid home appointments that are too far away?

Set a maximum distance in kilometers: when a client books a home session, Calendrio checks that their address is within your area. You can also set, for each session, a minimum notice before booking.

Can I sell reflexology gift cards online?

Yes, with a paid plan or during the trial. The client buys the card online and receives its code by email; the person who receives it enters this code when booking, and the amount is deducted.

Can I ask for a deposit for a reflexology session?

Yes, even on the free plan. For each session, choose payment on site, a deposit or the full amount, paid online by card, as well as your cancellation and refund rules.

How do my clients find my booking page?

Share the link to your Calendrio page on your website, your social networks and your Google listing, or display its QR code at your practice. You can also appear in Calendrio's « Find a pro » directory.

How much does Calendrio cost for a reflexologist?
