A length for each session
One-hour Reiki session, shorter session, first appointment with time to talk: each session is a service with its own length, price and location. The time slots offered take the chosen length into account.
At your practice, by video call or by phone
Each session has its own location. For video sessions, a Google Meet link is created for each appointment if your Google Calendar is connected; otherwise, paste your own link. The client finds it in their email reminder.
At your practice or at the client's home
Each session has its own place: your practice, the client's home or another address. For home visits, add travel fees (flat rate or per kilometer) and a maximum distance, checked at the time of booking. The door code, floor and parking details given by the client stay on their file for next time.
Workshops and webinars
With a paid plan, offer group workshops with a maximum number of places, in person or online. For a webinar, the Google Meet link is created if your Google Calendar is connected, and each attendee receives an email reminder the day before.
Sessions to give as gifts
With a paid plan, sell gift cards and packages of several sessions online. The person who receives the card enters its code when booking, and the amount is deducted from the price of the session.
Fewer forgotten sessions
An email reminder goes out the day before, even on the free plan. With a paid plan, up to 3 reminders by email or SMS, at the time you choose. You can also ask for a deposit at booking, with your cancellation rules.
Your notes after each session
Each client's record keeps the history of their sessions and your private notes. After a session, write a report: it stays private, or you choose to share it with the client.

Frequently asked questions
Can I hold sessions by video or by phone?
Yes. Choose video or phone as the location of the session. If your Google Calendar is connected, a Google Meet link is created for each appointment, even on the free plan; otherwise, you can paste your own video link.
Can I travel to my clients' homes?
Yes. Create a home-visit session with its travel fee, flat or per kilometre, and set a maximum distance: Calendrio checks that the client's address is within your area at the time of booking.
Can I run group Reiki attunements?
Yes, with a paid plan or during the trial: each workshop has a date, a time, a price and a maximum number of places. Packages and gift cards do not apply to group sessions.
Can I ask for a deposit before a session?
Yes, even on the free plan. For each session, choose payment on site, a deposit or the full amount, paid online by card, as well as your cancellation and refund rules.
How do my clients find my booking page?
Share the link to your Calendrio page on your website, your social networks and your Google listing, or display its QR code at your practice. You can also appear in Calendrio's « Find a pro » directory.
How much does Calendrio cost for a Reiki practitioner?
The free plan includes 2 services, online payment and an email reminder the day before. The Pro plan costs €39 excl. VAT per month, after a free trial with no credit card and no commitment.
